PNN – News sources reported the arrival of US troops and military equipment in Yemen’s Hadhramaut province, a move that coincided with reports of a new military deployment in the province’s oil regions.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; Yemeni sources in Hadramawt reported that American forces entered the Nahab camp in the city of Gil bin Yamin via American Chinook helicopters.
It is possible that these forces were transferred from the Al-Rayyan camp in the city of Mukalla, where the US military base has been located since 2016, or from one of the fleets in the Arabian Sea.
The source did not disclose the nature of the mission of these forces, but emphasized that the process of transferring troops and equipment to the region, which has strategic oil fields, is still ongoing.
Previously, sources had reported on the approach of the United States and Saudi Arabia to establish missile defense systems in Yemen’s oil regions in order to resume the plunder of Yemen’s oil resources.
