But the truth of the matter is that this 20-year moratorium is essentially an American proposal, which has been categorically rejected by Iran.
Not only has this proposal been rejected, but Iran is now basically insisting that it will not enter the nuclear issue, and the texts that Iran gave to the Pakistani mediator are focused on ending the war.
