PNN – The head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council responded to a new Saudi lie regarding the targeting of Medina.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Al-Mayadeen; Mahdi al-Mashat, the head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, emphasized that the repetition of Saudi lies concerning the targeting of Medina constitutes an unprecedented failure.
He also held Saudi Arabia fully responsible for any aggression against Mecca, Medina, and the Prophet’s Mosque.
In this context, a Yemeni military source emphasized that Saudi claims regarding the targeting of a power plant in Medina are baseless.
He further added: This new lie has been concocted to cover up Saudi Arabia’s failures; previously, the claim that Holy Mecca was being targeted had also been raised.
Saudi Arabia has alleged that Yemeni forces targeted the Taybah power plant in Medina.
