Dialogue between the US and Saudi foreign ministers about Gaza.
According to Al Jazeera, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who is now in the occupied territories, had a telephone conversation with Faisal bin Farhan, his Saudi counterpart.
According to the statement published by the US State Department, Blinken thanked Farhan in this phone call for the role of Saudi Arabia in facilitating the arrival of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
In this statement, the foreign ministers of the two countries discussed vital issues, including preventing the escalation of tensions in the region and finalizing the peace agreement between Israel and the Hamas movement.
The US State Department has said: Blinken shared Washington’s concern about the actions of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement with the foreign minister of Saudi Arabia.
Al-Arabiya also announced in a report that in addition to the issue of the Gaza war and ending this conflict, the foreign ministers of the two countries also discussed the situation in Yemen and Sudan.
