PNN – A French media outlet announced that amid new US military threats against Iran, the sheikhdoms of the Persian Gulf have fallen into discord.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing the newsletter, a French media outlet revealed the escalation of disputes among the Persian Gulf sheikhdoms amid new US military moves.
The French newspaper Le Monde reported, without providing details, that the Persian Gulf countries are in dispute amid new US threats of attacks against Iran.
The newspaper revealed that French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrow, during a trip to the Gulf States, held talks with the feuding allies who are seeking greater independence in their defense while avoiding the wrath of Washington.
The newspaper reported: Barrow had traveled to the Persian Gulf to assess the situation in the Gulf sheikhdoms. The purpose of his visit to the region was to prepare for the post-war phase. However, the trip ended on Friday, May 1, amid threats of renewed conflict.
French media reported: On the other hand, Tehran has again warned that it will respond with a crushing response to new US military attacks, and that these attacks will lead to a retaliatory response that will include targeting the sheikhdoms.
