PNN – The office of the Israeli Prime Minister, characterizing the Turkish president as a dictator and an antisemite, asserted that the regime would not tolerate Erdoğan’s attempts to threaten Israel’s security.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Shehab News Agency, the Israeli Prime Minister’s office issued a statement in response to an arrest warrant issued for Benjamin Netanyahu in Turkey, declaring: Recep Tayyip Erdoğan seeks to expand his aggression against Israel via Syria, and Israel will not tolerate this.

The statement from Netanyahu’s office added: Erdoğan’s shameful attempt to intimidate Israel’s political and military leaders will yield no results. Israel will continue its decisive action against Turkey’s efforts to destabilize the region and against any threat to its security.

Another part of the statement claims: Erdogan is an antisemitic dictator who massacred Kurds, harbors Hamas operatives, occupies half of Cyprus, and has imprisoned an unprecedented number of opposing journalists and politicians. He is now seeking to extend the scope of his aggression against Israel into Syria, and Israel will not tolerate this.

This stance by Netanyahu’s office comes as the Anadolu Agency reported that Turkey has requested Interpol to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Turkish Justice Minister Yilmaz Tunç announced that the country has requested the issuance of an Interpol “Red Notice” for Netanyahu due to ongoing legal proceedings against him on charges of genocide.
