Pakistani Scientists: Sanctions did not affect Iran’s nuclear programs / Israel is a threat to the region.

A group of Pakistani political thinkers and nuclear experts, acknowledging the inefficiency of Western sanctions against the nuclear programs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, considered Tehran’s approach to managing tensions in the region to be moderate and intelligent and emphasized: that Israel’s adventures are a serious threat to the security of the region, therefore, the international community should pay attention to its concerns. Iran will pay.

According to an IRNA reporter’s report on Tuesday, a roundtable review of the latest developments related to the developments in the Middle East, Iran issues, nuclear diplomacy, and the Zionist regime was held by the IRS Regional Studies think tank in Islamabad.

Several prominent Pakistani diplomatic figures, political thinkers, and senior strategic experts spoke in this program about nuclear threats in the region, the arms race of world powers and its effects on Middle East conflicts, the adventures of the Israeli regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the effects of the unilateral withdrawal of the United States from the JCPOA.

Ali Sarwar Naqvi, Pakistan’s former ambassador and representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency, stated that Iran has signed the NPT agreement and has always taken reasonable positions to advance its peaceful nuclear programs by the agency’s provisions.

He added: After the developments of 2003 and the referral of Iran’s nuclear file to the UN Security Council, the 5+1 group initiated negotiations with Tehran, although it was Iran that had good negotiating power to get concessions from the Western parties.

The executive director of the CISS Center for International Strategic Studies in Islamabad criticized the biased approach of the Western Front against the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially the unilateral action of the United States to withdraw from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), and stated: Donald Trump, the former president of the United States, was a defender of Israel and It was under the support of the Jewish lobby. With this action, it destroyed the efforts of 12 years of negotiations and interaction with Tehran. Then Joe Biden, the current president of the United States, claimed to revive the JCPOA, but he was also unsuccessful.

He emphasized: Iranians have always had a clear and logical position regarding their nuclear programs, which Pakistan also strongly supports. The nuclear competition will be effective.
