Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman Majid al-Ansari said ceasefire talks in Gaza were ongoing, although conditions in the negotiating rooms were difficult.

He added: The mediation of Qatar and Egypt with the support of the United States continues to continue efforts to stop the war in Gaza, and the technical teams are also examining common points.

Referring to the continuation of the meeting of the technical teams in Doha and Cairo, Al-Ansari said: until this moment, it is not possible to talk about the timetable for reaching an agreement in the Gaza negotiations because the technical meetings are still ongoing.

In this regard, “Osame Hamdan”, one of the senior officials of the Hamas movement, said: Our clear position in the negotiations is to establish a ceasefire, the occupation’s withdrawal from Gaza, the exchange of prisoners and the reconstruction of Gaza without any conditions from Israel.

The Israeli regime’s crimes against the Gaza Strip continue for the 16th month in a row, while the International Criminal Court ordered the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Galant, the current Prime Minister and former Minister of War of the Zionist regime, on charges of committing war crimes, crimes against humanity, and using starvation as a weapon.

Despite all these crimes, the Zionist regime has admitted that after 459 days of war in the Gaza Strip, it has not yet achieved its goals of this war, which is to destroy the Hamas movement and return the Zionist military prisoners from the Gaza Strip.
