Albanese said what happened (Sunday) in Rafah was the most terrible thing for Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army (Sunday) attacked the refugee camp in Rafah city in the south of the Gaza Strip, killing at least 41 Palestinians, including women and children, and wounding dozens of others.
Hamas and Islamic Jihad movements reacted to the killing of the Zionist army in the northwest of Rafah city in separate statements on Sunday night. And they considered this crime to be a clear disregard and insult to the recent ruling of the International Court of Justice regarding the need to stop the attacks on this city, and they declared the American government and the President of this country, Joe Biden, to be particularly responsible for this crime.
On Friday, the International Court of Justice, with 13 votes in favor and 2 votes against, ordered an immediate halt to the military operations of the Zionist regime in Rafah and demanded the reopening of the Rafah crossing for humanitarian aid to enter the Gaza Strip.
This ruling of the International Court of Justice was widely welcomed at the international level.
