Yemeni Foreign Minister: Repeating the Syrian scenario in Yemen is foolish; Saudi Arabia and the UAE’s plan.
According to Al-Mayadeen, Yemeni Foreign Minister Jamal Ahmed Amer stressed during a meeting with the UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy to the country: According to the words of Abdul Malik Al-Houthi, the leader of the Yemeni Ansarullah movement, a simple equation has been created; the end of the operation to support Gaza will only be achieved by ending the aggression on this strip.
He added: There is no connection between the peace process in Yemen and the operation of the country’s armed forces in support of the Gaza Strip.
Amer added: America only thinks about the interests of the Zionist regime and supports this regime without paying attention to humanitarian issues in light of the obvious inability of the international community.
He stated: that Sanaa’s strategic option is a just and permanent peace. We have a united stance on our goal; this is while the other side is confused. The US government has asked Saudi Arabia to stop moving along the UN roadmap between Riyadh and Sanaa. Washington has claimed that the peace process in the country will not be achieved without stopping Yemen’s operations against the Zionist regime.
Amer emphasized: that Saudi Arabia and the UAE are taking steps to ignite the fire of civil war through their puppets. Repeating the Syrian scenario in Yemen is foolish.
