PNN – The Hebrew newspaper Haaretz announced that Israel is not adhering to any ceasefire and is trying to continue waging war.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, while the Zionist regime led by Benjamin Netanyahu and his fascist cabinet continue to try to keep the region in a state of war and instability and has not adhered to any of the ceasefires on the Lebanese and Gaza fronts, the Hebrew newspaper Haaretz revealed in a report that American officials have asked Israel to reduce its attacks on the Gaza Strip in order to pave the way for progress in negotiations with the Hamas movement, especially in the context of efforts to achieve broader peace in the region.
According to a source quoted by the Hebrew newspaper, Israel has agreed to the US request but has not actually adhered to it.
The source explained that the request came at the same time as the US-Iran ceasefire, where Washington called for a halt to Israeli attacks beyond the “yellow line” in the Gaza Strip, except in cases of extreme emergency to prevent immediate danger.
In this regard, the source claimed that the latest round of talks in Cairo, which had entered an intensive phase over the past two weeks, saw Hamas agree for the first time to discuss the conditions for its disarmament.
According to the report, Hamas stressed that any discussion of its weapons would be conditional on Israel’s complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip. The movement announced that it would adhere to the ceasefire and would refuse to move to a new phase before the Israeli side fulfilled its existing commitments.
This is while 12 Palestinians were martyred and a number of others were injured in the brutal Zionist attacks on Gaza yesterday, Friday. The brutal attacks of the occupiers took place between the southern Gaza Strip – where the targeting of a police vehicle in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Yunis resulted in the martyrdom of 8 people, including security forces and civilians – and Gaza City, during which a number of Gaza police forces were martyred and injured.
In addition, the occupying regime army carried out artillery attacks in northern Gaza near Kamal Adwan Hospital, which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a number of civilians.
According to the official announcement of the Gaza Health Ministry, the number of martyrs has increased to 972 martyrs and more than 2,200 wounded since the ceasefire began on October 11, 2025, while the total number since the start of the war on October 7, 2023 has reached about 72,000 martyrs and 172,000 wounded.
This is while tens of thousands of people are still missing under the rubble, and international reports indicate that the actual number of martyrs in Gaza is much higher than the statistics officially published by the Ministry of Health of the Strip.
