PNN – A Hebrew-language newspaper has revealed that the Israeli army is facing a deep manpower crisis; as Zionists avoid military service, the army is grappling with a shortage of 12,000 new troops.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network the Israeli newspaper Maariv reported that the most critical crisis facing the Zionist regime’s military is a severe manpower shortage; official expert estimates indicate a need for approximately 12,000 new soldiers.

Maariv added that certain right-wing political sources aligned with the cabinet’s policies are attempting to portray this figure as lower than the army’s actual estimate.

The Hebrew newspaper identified the second crisis facing the Israeli army as a budget deficit affecting the management of ongoing military operations and the development of urgent capabilities, noting that the army is grappling with a shortfall of approximately $13.3 billion to $16.7 billion.

Meanwhile, the Hebrew newspaper Israel Hayom reported that the Israeli military is preparing to demobilize approximately 10,000 reservists by the end of this month, as part of measures necessitated by financial constraints.

According to the report, a budget deficit crisis and financial pressures have been cited as the reasons for this decision.

The newspaper added that the implementation of this plan would reduce the number of active reserve troops in the Israeli army from approximately 60,000 to around 50,000.

In recent months, the Israeli army has faced pressures stemming from ongoing military operations on multiple fronts and rising war costs.
