He added: Trump tried to bring this agreement to fruition and used all his tools and allies, including Qatar, Pakistan and some European countries, to achieve this.
Atwan recalled: His main goal was to end the war, but all the goals he pursued were defeated.
He continued: All means of pressure and threats were used to force Iran to retreat or weaken, but these efforts did not work.
