PNN – Research by Amnesty International indicates that India has become a key link in the Zionist regime’s arms supply chain and one of the largest customers for its weaponry.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; the British newspaper The Guardian—citing findings from an Amnesty International investigation—revealed that Indian companies, including state-owned enterprises, have supplied military contractors for the Zionist regime with drone warheads, artillery shell casings and components, small arms parts, and military vehicle components; these supplies have continued despite the risk that the equipment could be used in the war against the Gaza Strip.
Amnesty International, having analyzed shipment data, announced that between October 7, 2023, and November 30, 2025, hundreds of thousands of military components were shipped from Indian factories to Israeli arms companies.
These shipments included 390,516 spare parts for military small arms, 564,970 components related to explosive munitions, and 298 parts for military vehicles.
The organization identified three Indian state-owned companies—India Optel, Munitions India, and Advanced Weapons and Equipment India—as suppliers of military equipment to Israel, warning that the continuation of this practice could expose India to accusations of complicity in the ongoing genocide in Gaza.
The Guardian also highlighted the significant shift in India’s policy under Prime Minister Narendra Modi; India was formerly a supporter of the Palestinian cause and a leading nation in the Non-Aligned Movement.
Stanley Johny, an expert on Indian foreign policy and the international editor of The Hindu, stated that relations between India and the Zionist regime are not limited to the political and diplomatic spheres but have also expanded to encompass broad strategic and military dimensions. He also pointed to the ideological affinity between the “Hindutva” movement and Zionism.
According to the report, cooperation between the two sides has not been limited to arms exports; following an agreement in November 2023, more than 20,000 Indian workers were transferred to the occupied territories to work in the construction and care sectors.
Conversely, India is also one of the largest purchasers of weapons from the Zionist regime. Data from the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) indicates that between 2021 and 2025, India was the regime’s largest arms customer, accounting for 29 percent of its total arms exports.
The Guardian noted that the close personal relationship between Modi and Benjamin Netanyahu has also been a sign of expanding cooperation between the two sides in recent years.
