PNN – Thousands of people opposing the crimes of the Zionist regime staged a rally outside the United Nations headquarters in New York, blocking the route Netanyahu was to take to enter the UN.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Russia Today; as the time approached for the Israeli Prime Minister’s arrival at the UN, thousands of protesters gathered en masse on the street outside the headquarters and blocked the road.
By blocking the street, the anti-Zionist protesters demonstrated their opposition to the warmongering policies of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Participants in this protest held placards calling for an end to the genocide in Palestine and Gaza and demanded a halt to the supply of weapons to the criminal Zionist army.
Clashes also broke out yesterday between supporters of the Zionist regime and anti-Zionist protesters near the United Nations headquarters in New York.
According to reports, hundreds of Jewish protesters gathered prior to the address by Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, at the UN General Assembly.
New York police officers positioned themselves among the protesters. Supporters of the Zionist regime held placards bearing slogans such as “End global antisemitism now” and “Stop antisemitism.” Across from them, anti-Zionist Orthodox Jewish protesters stood behind barriers, carrying posters of Benjamin Netanyahu labeled “Wanted for crimes against humanity,” as well as other placards opposing Zionism.
