PNN – The Israeli Minister of Internal Security Itamar Ben-Gwer criticized the postponement of the attack on the southern suburbs of Beirut and called for greater freedom of action for the army against Hezbollah.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network; Israeli media reported that the occupation regime’s imminent attack on Beirut’s southern suburbs has been postponed following US intervention and a phone conversation between Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to published reports, Israeli Channel 12 TV announced that the conversation between Netanyahu and Trump had delayed the decision to attack the southern suburbs and that efforts were underway to reach a new ceasefire. Meanwhile, Israel Army Radio described Trump’s statements as “a promise of a ceasefire as peace for peace.”

In response to these developments, Israeli officials have sharply criticized Netanyahu. Itamar Ben-Gwer, the occupying regime’s Minister of Internal Security, stated: It is time to say no to Trump. He called for an attack on Hezbollah and the restoration of security to the north of the occupied territories, emphasizing: The time has come to do our duty and strike a blow at Hezbollah, free our forces, and restore security to the north.

Meanwhile, Yair Lapid, the leader of the Israeli opposition, described the situation as “complete American tutelage,” and Avigdor Lieberman, the leader of the “Israel Our Home” party, described Netanyahu as a “puppet.”

Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett also stated: Netanyahu’s cabinet has lost full control of Israeli sovereignty.

Netanyahu’s office has remained silent on the matter. Israel’s Channel 13 reported: The fact that an American president, no matter how much he loves Israel, rules over Israel should be a matter of concern to us.
