Bloomberg: At the NATO summit, Trump’s mind was preoccupied with Iran more than anything else.

PNN – Bloomberg reported that the U.S. President focused specifically on the Iran issue during the NATO summit and wished to discuss it in closed-door meetings.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network; Bloomberg reported on Wednesday evening that U.S. President Donald Trump devoted a significant portion of his speech at the NATO summit to expressing frustration with Iran, telling allies that the United States is no longer interested in regime change in Iran and that European nations have repeatedly disappointed him on this matter.

According to individuals who heard his remarks delivered behind closed doors, Trump complained about the lack of support from U.S. European partners regarding the conflict.

These individuals, who spoke on condition of anonymity regarding his private remarks, said that Trump also reiterated warnings about what he describes as Europe’s immigration problem.

A White House spokesperson has not yet responded to a request for comment.

Although the United States has repeatedly violated the terms of the Islamabad agreement and the ceasefire—particularly regarding Lebanon and attacks on southern Iranian cities—since the agreement was first announced, Donald Trump today claimed that the joint agreement with Iran and the ceasefire had come to an end.

Bloomberg further emphasized in the report that European officials sought to shift Trump’s focus toward Ukraine, yet his speech yielded nothing more than a vague promise of support. Trump told his allies that the United States is willing to continue selling weapons to Europeans, who could then transfer them to Kyiv.

Last week, a senior U.S. official claimed during a press briefing that neither Ukraine nor Russia is making significant progress in the war, and that Trump wants to end the conflict immediately.

This claim comes as the Russian Ministry of Defense reports—in numerous statements—advances by Russian forces along the Ukrainian battlefront and the liberation of various areas.
