PNN – Bloomberg News Columnist Emphasizes Oman May Be Considering Joining Iran in Implementing a Plan for the Strait of Hormuz.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Bloomberg News Columnist Javier Balas wrote in a post on social media that, given the direct threats from the White House and the US Treasury Department, it appears that Oman is indeed considering joining Iran in implementing some kind of “tariff” or “transit fee” system in the Strait of Hormuz.

An hour ago, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bennet said in a brazen stance that the US government will not accept any attempt to impose tariffs on the Strait of Hormuz, and especially the country of Oman should know that the US Treasury Department will target any party directly or indirectly involved in this action!
Earlier, US President Donald Trump, stating that the Strait of Hormuz will be open to all, claimed: America will provide its protection.
He continued: The opening of the Strait of Hormuz is part of the ongoing negotiations with Iran.
Trump also warned about Oman’s role in this matter, saying: Oman will behave like any other country, otherwise we will have to blow it up.
