PNN – The President of Turkey declared: We will not allow the bloody scenarios that some are plotting for our region to be carried out.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Anadolu Agency; Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated on Tuesday: We will not permit the execution of the bloody scenarios that some are preparing for our region, nor will we withdraw our support for improving the situation of our neighbors.
The Turkish President continued: We are, of course, aware of the actions of certain actors. We see the bloody scenarios being devised for our region. With God’s help, we will not allow these plans to materialize. Let everyone rest assured: the Republic of Turkey will compromise neither its principles nor its national interests.
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated: We will never abandon any friend or brother who has placed their trust in us. We will not cease supporting our neighbors in their efforts to stand on their own two feet simply because criminal networks—whose hands are stained with the blood of the innocent—are displeased by it.
He then added: Ankara’s foreign policy is determined solely and exclusively by the Turkish nation. No actor other than our nation can dictate or define the course or parameters of Turkey’s foreign policy. As Turkey, we seek nothing but peace, justice, stability, and tranquility anywhere in the region. Contrary to the claims of some, we harbor no hidden agendas or ulterior motives. Our goal is for an atmosphere of peace to prevail throughout our surrounding region.
Erdogan added: As the Republic of Turkey, across the entire region with which we share deep cultural and emotional ties—from Syria to Iraq, Lebanon to Palestine, the Persian Gulf to Africa, and the Balkans to the Caucasus—we declare that history has made us brothers, and we strive to strengthen and uphold this eternal brotherhood. It is evident that our country’s proactive foreign policy, which prioritizes regional peace and stability, unsettles certain circles that thrive on instability and chaos.
The President of Turkey stated: We are not a fledgling state established through the benevolence of others, coddled by global power centers, or devoid of historical memory. We are a great nation renowned throughout history for winning hearts, answering the cries of the oppressed, and aiding the needy. The Republic of Turkey is by no means an ordinary state that would bow to—or lend credence to—petty plots and schemes.
