PNN – A specialist in physiotherapy and elderly care has reported on Trump’s deteriorating physical condition and concerning “sundown syndrome.”

According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing RT; a new video released by the White House has once again drawn attention to the health status of U.S. President Donald Trump, who is 80 years old.

The report notes that in the video, Trump struggles to keep his eyes open during a ceremony. While officials were delivering speeches at the White House event, Trump repeatedly closed his eyes and slumped in his chair; at one point, he appeared to have suddenly roused from a brief doze.

In this regard, Adam James—a specialist in physiotherapy and elderly care who had previously sparked controversy by commenting on Trump’s physical health—emphasized: This is not merely a sign of fatigue, although fatigue plays a role. This is the brain of a man that is deteriorating inside his skull.

He added that Trump’s behavior exhibits signs of dementia, specifically “sundown syndrome.” This condition, seen in some individuals with dementia, is characterized by an intensification of cognitive and behavioral disturbances during specific times of the day.

James stated that Trump’s struggle to stay awake during a ceremony indicates more than just fatigue; it could signal profound disruptions in his sleep-wake cycle, suggesting his brain may no longer be able to maintain this natural rhythm—possibly due to damage to the area responsible for regulating the body’s internal clock.

Noting that the whites of Trump’s eyes were not visible in certain images, James suggested he might be using medications such as Adderall or Provigil.

Ultimately, James remarked: Unfortunately, under these circumstances, Trump holds the nuclear launch codes.
