PNN – A former official from the Mossad intelligence agency has acknowledged that defeating the Iranians militarily is impossible.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; citing the Zionist website Walla, Udi Levy—the former head of Mossad’s “Tsalzel” unit—acknowledged the impossibility of defeating the Iranians militarily and stated that the only way to achieve this goal is by exerting suffocating economic pressure.
Levy noted that the United States and the Zionist regime are currently paying the price for a decade of inattention regarding Iran’s economic affairs; while Washington and Tel Aviv overlooked sensitive strategic intelligence, Tehran has been building a massive financial infrastructure since 2015.
The former Mossad official added that Washington realizes it cannot launch an all-out military campaign due to the lack of full cooperation from Europe, insufficient intelligence from Israel, the absence of complete alignment from Persian Gulf states, and Russia’s close ties with Iran.
He explained that to achieve this goal, the U.S. Treasury Department monitors Iran’s financial and logistical infrastructure, aiming to compel Tehran to divert its resources toward complex money-transfer processes.
Lewy also warned that countries such as Iran, Russia, and North Korea are heavily utilizing crypto currencies as a strategic tool, noting that oversight and control of these virtual currencies remain weak.
