PNN – A German politician and former Member of Parliament, criticizing the US President’s threats against Iran, stated: Supporting Donald Trump amounts to complicity with an ’empire of evil’.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; Jürgen Todenhöfer wrote on the social media platform X: Since childhood, I wanted to know what the Devil looks like. Now I know: he looks like Trump—only, perhaps, with horse hooves.
He added: On the global stage, Trump openly declares his intention to destroy Iran and drag it down to hell with him. His latest proposal is a choice between surrender and genocide.
A former member of the German parliament wrote: If our government remains silent once again and continues to facilitate the chain of crimes committed by Trump via the Ramstein airbase, it should keep its mouth shut about human rights in the decades to come. Anyone who still supports Trump is an accomplice to the “empire of evil.”
Todenhöfer continued: Had Cuba, North Korea, China, Russia, or Iran made such statements, a wave of outrage would have swept across the globe. Yet, the world has remained silent in the face of Trump’s empire of evil.
Trump’s remarks come at a time when ending the war against Iran appears difficult and out of reach and American opposition to the conflict has intensified.
According to a CNN poll released on Tuesday, nearly 67 percent of Americans believe the United States will not win this war, and an even larger number believe Trump is not doing enough to bring it to an end.
