Hebrew Media: Tehran Will Not Surrender/Learn to Respect Iranians

Iranians

PNN – Haaretz newspaper announced that Trump understood that the Iranians would not surrender and that he should learn to respect them more.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, in continuation of the Zionist circles’ analysis of the situation in the war with Iran, the Hebrew newspaper Haaretz, in an article titled “Learn to Respect the Iranians,” discussed the impasse that Donald Trump, the head of the terrorist US government, and Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the occupation regime, have found themselves in vis-à-vis Tehran, which is explained as follows.

Trump’s Struggle to Escape the Iran War Quagmire

A few hours after announcing a ceasefire between Iran and Israel in the past few days after Tehran attacked Israel in response to the bombing of a Beirut suburb, US President Donald Trump decided to speak to a group of journalists at the White House. He wanted to make sure that he had gained a lot of credibility after the phone call in which he asked Netanyahu to stop the conflict with Iran.

When reporters asked Trump if he had actually ordered Netanyahu to do so, Trump explained the lesson he had learned from this round of conflict: the need to stop Israel in Lebanon. Trump first said that he had asked Netanyahu to do the right thing, and then he went back on his word and said that he had explicitly ordered Netanyahu to stop as soon as possible, that it was all about Lebanon and it had to stop, that we wanted to end this story.

Meanwhile, Trump—through his multi-tasking envoys, real estate developer Steve Whittkoff and son-in-law Jared Kushner—still believes he can make a deal with Iran, just as he believes he can broker peace between Russia and Ukraine. Above all, he is trying to turn the page on the war in a month that has been packed with television events.

Trump is set to celebrate his 80th birthday next week at the White House and is also set to celebrate the opening of the World Cup in the United States with his new friends at FIFA, who awarded him a peace prize as a replacement for the Nobel Prize he missed out on. Then there will be a series of other celebrations in Washington to mark the 250th anniversary of American independence.

Master Negotiator Doesn’t Know How to Negotiate with Iran

Trump may have written the best-selling book “The Art of the Deal.” But he has consistently proven his inability to negotiate with Iran. He has appointed the wrong people in his inner circle to sensitive diplomatic roles, most notably Whitaker and Kushner, both of whom are deeply involved in business ventures in the Persian Gulf.

Yet Trump is sick with his own arrogance, constantly boasting about his negotiating skills and his talent for choosing the right people. For months, he has convinced himself and the U.S. stock market that a deal with Iran will be signed and that it will take days at most.

After the “12-day war” in June 2025 and the “40-day war” in April 2026, the latest round of negotiations should be called a “one-day war” because it did not yield any new results. However, it seems that the Iranians’ clear message has reached the White House and Trump has understood that the Iranians are serious about the Lebanon issue and will not back down from it.

Trump is a Psychopath

Trump is not the first leader in history to commit the psychological projection error; he is a liar who assumes everyone is lying to him, a deceiver who assumes everyone is trying to trap him. He is a pessimist who assumes everyone else is pessimistic.

When Iran enters negotiations with a long list of demands, Trump assumes that everything is negotiable. These are the rules of the Turkish market that Trump adopted in the New York real estate market. The “24-hour war” left the US president with a fundamental lesson: Lebanon is no longer a bargaining chip.

Trump understands Iran will not back down on Lebanon

Of all the countless demands Tehran has made, Trump no longer doubts Iran’s seriousness about Lebanon, as Tehran has shown it is willing to bear the consequences of war to protect its allies in Lebanon. This means that the continuation of the war between Israel and Hezbollah complicates the US path to a final agreement with Iran and puts Trump in a bind.

Of course, the negotiations between Iran and the US are unstable, opaque, and conducted in an atmosphere of suspicion on all sides. But Trump now knows that calm in Lebanon is a vital condition for reaching an agreement with Iran.

From Trump’s perspective, Lebanon has risen to a position of considerable strategic importance. He intends to give Iran what it wants, especially since the Lebanese and the inhabitants of northern Israel (occupied Palestine) are of no concern to him, and the Strait of Hormuz is more important to Trump than Kiryat Shmona.

Trump again ordered a ceasefire on Israel, because he is skilled at using force, but only against the weak and submissive. He did not treat Nancy Pelosi, the former Democratic Speaker of the House of Representatives, well, but he treated his Republican opponents in Congress – members of his own party.

The Republican Party is like a tame house dog, and Netanyahu, like the GOP establishment, is dependent on Trump to maintain his position. Trump made it clear in a tense conversation with Netanyahu that he knows very well how much Netanyahu needs him.

Learn to respect the Iranians more

While Trump finds himself in a position where he can subdue everyone, he is not so against Iran, as the Iranians are being assertive in the face of his threats. With a personality reminiscent of an elementary school bully, Trump has now learned to respect the Iranians more and show less respect for Netanyahu and Israel, especially when he said that he is the one who decides everything, not Netanyahu.

Trump also publicly insulted Netanyahu in a heated phone call last week, saying: You are absolutely crazy. I helped you get out of jail.
