PNN – A minister from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq has announced the official start of the withdrawal of US-led international coalition forces from Iraq.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; Rebar Ahmed, the Interior Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, announced that the Washington-led international coalition forces have begun their official withdrawal from the region.
He added that, based on current planning, the complete withdrawal of coalition forces from the region is expected to be finalized by the end of September.
The Interior Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq added: Currently, the presence of coalition forces in the Kurdistan region is limited solely to the grounds of Erbil International Airport.
