PNN – The former leader of Lebanon’s Progressive Socialist Party Walid Jumblatt identified a return to the Islamabad agreements as the only way to prevent the total devastation of the region.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Al-nashra, Walid Jumblatt, the former leader of Lebanon’s Progressive Socialist Party, stated that returning to the Islamabad agreements is the only path to averting the region’s complete destruction.
He added that only a return to—and expansion of—the Islamabad agreements could prevent this total devastation, a catastrophe from which major oil and arms companies profit.
The former leader of the Progressive Socialist Party emphasized that pinning any hopes on foreign support is a mere illusion and fantasy.
