Netanyahu’s Gambling Failure/Israel’s Domestic and Foreign Crises after the War

Netanyahu

PNN – Observers believe that by imposing a costly war on Israel, Netanyahu now sees a deal worse than the 2015 nuclear deal.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Qatari website Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed, within the framework of its analysis of the agreement reached between Iran and the United States to end the war on all fronts, examined the strategic impasse of the Zionist regime after the war against Iran and wrote: The new agreement between the United States and Iran puts Israel in a worrying position even before all its details are clarified, leading to internal debates and questions about the rationality of the war it has ignited against Iran and dragged the United States into it.

Netanyahu’s Crisis after the Iran-US Agreement

This is evident in the reactions of members of the ruling coalition and the opposition, as well as the rivals of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the occupation regime. In addition, the Iran-US agreement deepens the Netanyahu crisis on the eve of the upcoming Knesset elections, as Tel Aviv was not involved in the decision-making process and may have only been informed of some or all of its details.

This situation for Netanyahu is worsened by the fact that he has not achieved his stated goals on any of the war fronts in the region for the past three years; where he promised complete victory on all fronts, this goal was not achieved

But among the worst-case scenarios that observers are drawing for the Zionist regime after the Iran-US agreement is the restriction of the freedom of action of the Israeli army in Lebanon. However, the biggest nightmare would be for Trump to force Israel to completely withdraw from Lebanese soil and continue to impose his will, which would potentially make Netanyahu’s policies hostage to US decisions and turn Israel into a kind of subservient to Washington.

This situation could explain why, after this agreement, terms such as despair and strategic failure due to the failure of the war goals against Iran, namely the overthrow of the country’s regime, the destruction of its nuclear project and the elimination of its ballistic missile program, are frequently repeated in Israeli analyses and discussions.

Stabilizing the Iranian equation in unity of fronts

Zionist officials, including Netanyahu himself, have repeatedly said in recent days that they will not allow the imposition of the Iranian equation, especially at the level of unity of fronts, and that the Lebanese front must be separated from Iran at all costs. However, it has become clear that Iran has insisted on unity of fronts and has guaranteed it in an agreement that also preserves Iran’s nuclear program, even if it is clear that enrichment will be carried out at lower levels and under certain restrictions.

A costly war for nothing

On the other hand, many Zionist circles say that Netanyahu, who always boasted that he was able to force the United States to scrap the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran and forced Donald Trump to cancel the deal during his first term as president of the United States, is now in a situation where he sees almost the same deal being repeated, albeit with some changes in its terms and conditions that are even worse.

But one of the worse things about the new Iran-US agreement for the Zionists and Netanyahu himself is that the agreement signed during the Barack Obama administration in 2015 was achieved without any military conflict, but the new agreement was concluded after several costly wars that caused great human and economic losses for Israel, weakened its military capabilities, exposed its weaknesses, and burned its cards.

Furthermore, Netanyahu’s failure to destroy the current agreement, despite taking every opportunity to sabotage it, is also notable. Israeli officials claim that the agreement does not oblige Israel to withdraw from the Lebanese territories it has occupied, while Iran has explicitly emphasized that the continued Israeli aggression against Lebanon and occupation of its territory is a violation of the memorandum of understanding with the United States.

Analysts believe that the Zionist regime will try to promote its narrative of continuing the occupation of Lebanon and encroaching on its territory under the pretext of protecting the security of residents of the northern settlements of occupied Palestine, while at the same time, the Zionist regime continues to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and intends to expand the occupation there.

Israel’s Tough Choices in the Next Phase and the Overthrow of Netanyahu

However, regarding the claims of some Zionist officials that Israel should continue its efforts for other wars against Iran with the aim of overthrowing the country’s regime, observers and sources familiar with the agreement believe that the agreement seems to have eliminated Israel’s ability to launch any new attacks against Iranian targets, although the Zionists will continue to create tension throughout the region through espionage operations and secret assassinations, as usual.

Meanwhile, the recent war greatly helped Iran discover many of the Israelis’ operational methods, which will lead to the limitation of Israeli maneuvers in the future. On the other hand, all evidence indicates that the Americans are no longer willing to jeopardize their interests by directly participating in the adventures that Israel imposes on them, especially since the recent war with Iran inflicted heavy losses on them.

Zionist analysts believe that Trump, despite his continued support for Israel at all levels, is somewhat tired of Netanyahu’s policies, and on the other hand, Israel is paying the price for Netanyahu’s choices and decisions to rely on Washington in its wars. Accordingly, given the prediction of a major internal crisis that will soon occur in Israel, one of the most likely scenarios is the removal of Netanyahu and the collapse of his cabinet.
