PNN – The Pakistan Army announced that the country’s army chief has traveled to Tehran to work towards enhancing regional peace and stability.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; the Pakistan Army issued a statement on Monday announcing that General Asim Munir, the country’s army chief, has arrived in the Islamic Republic of Iran, accompanied by Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi.
According to the statement, this visit is part of Pakistan’s efforts to promote regional peace and stability.
The Pakistan Army announced that Asim Munir would focus his discussions on advancing efforts toward a peaceful, sustainable, and comprehensive resolution to the conflict in the Middle East.
