PNN – The Qatar Government Communications Office has categorically rejected claims by Israeli media outlets that Doha agreed to participate in any military action against Iran.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; the office issued a statement strongly denying the baseless reports circulating in Israeli media, which alleged that Qatar had consented to take part in a military strike against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The statement noted that such claims are being propagated by parties seeking to drag Qatar into the conflict, undermine its pivotal role in mediation efforts, and push the region toward further tension and instability.
The Qatar Government Communications Office emphasized that, since the onset of the regional conflict, the country’s officials have repeatedly stated that Doha has not participated—and will not participate—in any military action against its neighbors.
The statement concludes by affirming that the Qatari government will not allow such misleading claims to undermine its ongoing efforts to resolve the regional conflict; Doha remains committed to working alongside its regional and international partners to achieve a comprehensive and lasting agreement that addresses the concerns of all parties involved.
