PNN – Israeli media sources have reported that a political order has been issued to control the level of military operations in Lebanon in order to prevent it from affecting the negotiation process, while reports have been published that Iran and the United States are approaching a framework for an agreement.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network; The Israeli Radio and Television Authority, citing a source, announced that the political level in Tel Aviv has ordered the army to reduce the scope of military operations in Lebanon so as not to disrupt the negotiations between Iran and the United States.

According to the report, the Israeli army will not stop its attacks on southern Lebanon, but these attacks will continue from now on with a focus on more limited, precise and targeted operations.

Another part of the report also states that the agreement being formed with Iran will include a cessation of hostilities on all fronts; an issue that has also been raised as one of the topics of discussion in reports related to regional negotiations and consultations in recent weeks.

These developments come at a time when the Lebanon issue has become a major sticking point in recent weeks in talks aimed at reducing tensions between Iran and the United States, with reports linking ceasefire arrangements in Lebanon to the overall process of negotiations.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has repeatedly stressed that any agreement with the United States must include a cessation of hostilities on all fronts.
