PNN – Rosatom announced that it is ready for the gradual return of Russian specialists to the Bushehr nuclear power plant.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Alexei Likhachev, head of Rosatom, said: The Bushehr nuclear power plant remains our priority and we will continue our cooperation and activities.
He added: Rosatom has not stopped the activities of its engineering units, which produce the equipment needed for the new units of the Bushehr nuclear power plant, even for a moment.
Likhachev continued: The gradual return of Russian specialists to the Bushehr nuclear power plant will be possible as soon as the risk of attacks is minimized; we are ready for this process and have developed the necessary plans.
He noted: We welcome the efforts to reach a compromise on Iran’s nuclear program with the participation of the IAEA; the IAEA must take into account the interests of all parties.
