PNN – The Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) announced that more than four million people had gathered in the holy city of Karbala prior to the arrival of the body of the Ummah’s martyred leader.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; Iraq’s PMF organization issued a statement highlighting the unprecedented turnout of the Iraqi people for the farewell ceremony honoring the sacred remains of the Ummah’s martyred leader, emphasizing that a massive tide of people had poured into the holy city of Karbala even before the official commencement of the proceedings.
According to preliminary estimates, the number of participants in the funeral procession in the holy city of Karbala has now surpassed the 4 million mark.
