completely destroyed

PNN – US President Donald Trump, following Israel’s anger over the agreement between Tehran and Washington, said: If it weren’t for me, Israel would be completely destroyed.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, in an interview with Axios published on Friday, Trump clarified, in response to the question of whether he could prevent Israel from attacking Lebanon, claiming: Yes, I can.

The US President claimed: They have a lot of respect for me and they do whatever I say.

Stating that we have the weapons, all the facilities, B-2 bombers and the like, the US President said: The relationship with Netanyahu is good, but we have to keep him somewhat rational.

Trump continued the interview by calling the Iranians very smart, but claimed: I should have stopped them (Iran) because if they got a nuclear weapon, they would use it against Israel.

He once again attacked the JCPOA, saying: I ended Barack Hussein Obama’s agreement, an agreement that was a path for Iran to acquire a nuclear weapon.

He claimed: What surprised me most was that they waited so long. They waited for me to return to power. Of course, they didn’t do it intentionally; they didn’t think I would come back.

Trump claimed: If I were to attack them right now, if we’re not going to send ground troops, and you don’t want to send ground troops, right?

He repeated his rhetoric: If we’re not going to send ground troops, the same people would probably infiltrate the caves. They’re called granite caves. They’re very powerful. They go down deep, and then when we stop, they come up, and they’ll probably be the same leaders.

The US President further claimed: Right now the Strait of Hormuz would be completely closed, there would be extensive mining there and missiles would be fired at billion-dollar ships. Those ships would never sail again and we would have no oil for months.

Regarding the destruction of the Azimiyeh Bridge in Karaj, Iran, Trump also claimed: I destroyed their biggest bridge because they showed up late for a meeting. They said it wasn’t a very good job. That bridge was their George Washington Bridge. I destroyed it in three minutes.

The US President also claimed about Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, the leader of the revolution: He is different from his father. They are different people.

He added: I didn’t meet him. I didn’t talk to him, but people were talking about him. But he has a special courage because he was injured.
