Trump’s helpless reaction after Iran-US talks stalled

PNN – After reporting that negotiations between Tehran and Washington had stalled, the US president said in a helpless tone: I think we’ve talked too much.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network; US President Donald Trump showed on Monday that he has virtually no effective options against Iran. He was forced to make a tactical retreat from threats, admitting that “silence would be very good,” after reports of a breakdown in talks between Tehran and Washington.

In an interview with NBC News, Trump said in a helpless tone: I think we’ve talked too much. Silence is very good and can last for a long time. Unable to do anything, he added: This doesn’t mean dropping bombs. We’re just keeping quiet. We’re maintaining the siege — a claim that effectively hides his inability to change the situation.

Continuing his impotence, the US president admitted that Washington “can wait as long as they want” and said that Iran “is losing a lot of wealth,” but at the same time called the Iranians “better negotiators than warriors” — a statement that shows that Trump has neither the ability to fight nor a winning card in negotiations.
