US Strategic Oil Reserves Fall to Lowest Level

Lowest Level

PNN – Western media have acknowledged that US strategic oil reserves have fallen to their lowest level.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Reuters, US strategic oil reserves have dropped to 285 million barrels—the lowest level since November 1982—representing approximately 40 percent of total capacity.

Over the past four years, these reserves have undergone two massive drawdowns. Approximately 180 million barrels were released under the Biden administration following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, while another 172 million barrels were released under the Trump administration following the (terrorist) war against Iran and disruptions to oil flows through the Strait of Hormuz.
