PNN – The Wall Street Journal reported that Iran carried out another attack on U.S. Navy vessels on Monday—an incident the U.S. military has not yet publicly disclosed.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network; The Wall Street Journal reported that Iran once again attacked U.S. Navy vessels on Monday; an attack that the U.S. military has not yet publicly announced. This incident followed the firing of Iranian ballistic missiles at a U.S. aircraft carrier and a destroyer over the weekend.

This attack marked Iran’s second attempt to target U.S. naval assets in three days. Over the weekend, Iran had also fired ballistic missiles at a U.S. aircraft carrier and a guided-missile destroyer.

According to a Wall Street Journal report, none of the U.S. ships were hit during these attacks.

However, Iran’s recent attempts to target U.S. vessels have raised concerns in Washington, as U.S. officials believe Iran might employ more advanced weaponry to attack U.S. naval forces.

The report also raises the possibility of China or Russia providing military assistance or technology transfers to Iran—a development that could enhance Iran’s ability to threaten U.S. vessels.

These recent attacks have occurred amidst escalating tensions between Iran and the United States. The Wall Street Journal has claimed that U.S. actions targeting Iranian oil tankers were in response to Iranian attempts to target U.S. naval vessels.
