PNN – Zionist regime media have reported the arrest of a soldier on charges of collaborating with Iran, stating that the individual served in a “Search and Rescue Battalion” under the Home Front Command of the occupying army.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Al Jazeera, Israel’s Channel 7 reported that a soldier—who had carried out specific missions and acted on behalf of an Iranian entity—has been taken into custody.

The Zionist outlet further noted that the military prosecutor’s office has filed an indictment against the detained soldier.

The newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that, during interrogations, it was revealed that the soldier had been in contact with Iranian operatives for a year. During this period, he transmitted sensitive information regarding his unit’s military activities, as well as data concerning the Israel Defense Forces’ (IDF) alert status and troop deployments.

According to the report by this Zionist media outlet, the soldier provided his handler with information about military bases and key sites; he also took photographs of interceptor systems, military vehicles, and American refueling aircraft stationed in Israel.

The Zionist regime’s Army Radio also reported that new details have emerged revealing that the soldier accused of working for Iranian intelligence belongs to a “Search and Rescue Battalion” under the Home Front Command—a strategic unit that is immediately mobilized in the event of any missile attack.
