Haaretz: Israel’s defeat in Al-Aqsa storm operation was thousands of times worse than the October war

PNN – Admitting the lack of readiness of the military and political establishment of this regime to deal with the consequences of the Al-Aqsa storm operation, the Zionist media and circles believe that Israel has suffered a much heavier defeat in this operation than previous wars, especially the October 1973 war.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, in continuation of the Zionists’ confessions about the defeat of the Palestinian resistance in the Al-Aqsa storm operation, the Hebrew newspaper Ha’aretz reported that the defeat suffered by Israel in the Al-Aqsa storm operation is thousands of times worse than the October 1973 war. Countries and reputable organizations in the world have information that shows that Israel is weaker and more vulnerable than ever. The Chief of Staff of the Army and the Chief of Amman were aware of security and military warnings about Palestinian operations, but Netanyahu was still optimistic about the security situation and continued in the same way.

Netanyahu’s attempt to escape from responsibility failed

This Zionist media emphasized that Netanyahu’s cabinet left them alone after creating differences among Israelis, and as a result, Israel faced a shock that will last for generations. Netanyahu is the cause of this disaster and is trying to escape from his responsibility and blame it on the heads of the army, Aman and Shabak. Because they, like the former Israeli military officials in the October 1973 war, did not foresee such an attack by the Palestinians.

Al-Aqsa storm operation was successful as a result of intelligence failure and lack of preparation of the Israeli army

Amos Hareil, a leading analyst of the Zionist regime’s military affairs, also announced that the Hamas operation was successful as a result of intelligence failure and insufficient preparation of the Israeli army. The political leaders of Tel Aviv had received warnings from the security establishment the night before the Al-Aqsa storm operation about the security situation in the south, but they did not pay attention to it.

On the other hand, a survey conducted by the Hebrew newspaper Ma’ariv showed that the support of the settlers for the Likud party led by Benjamin Netanyahu has decreased drastically after the Al-Aqsa storm operation.

According to the results of this survey, about half of the participants said that they wanted to remove Netanyahu and Prime Minister Benny Gantz, and only 29% preferred Netanyahu to stay in office.

Settlers’ sharp attack against Netanyahu and his cabinet

In the same context, yesterday, during the meeting with the Israelis who were injured during the Al-Aqsa storm operation and are in the hospital, the Zionist settlers made sharp attacks against Netanyahu and the members of the Likud party, saying that they destroyed Israel.

A poll conducted by Israeli professor Kamil Fuchs, in which 650 people participated, showed that 79 percent of voters in the recent elections of this regime considered the Al-Aqsa storm operation a strategic failure for the Israeli authorities.

94% of settlers also believe that Netanyahu’s cabinet is responsible for the current disastrous situation and the complete collapse of the settlement protection system in southern occupied Palestine.

Political divide and evasion of responsibility in Zionist circles

On the other hand, the political divide within the Israeli cabinet has increased despite the escalation of the war in Gaza, and the officials of this regime hold each other responsible for the failure in the Gaza war.

The media of the Zionist regime, quoting the spokesman of the Israeli army, announced that Yesterday, the Israeli army notified the families of 265 of its soldiers whose children were killed as a result of the Al-Aqsa storm operation. This notification was also issued to 120 families of the army soldiers about their captivity by the Palestinian resistance groups.

The Israeli media has announced that the number of casualties of the Zionist regime since the beginning of the Al-Aqsa storm operation has exceeded 1,500 people and has reported that more than 3,000 people have been injured. New dimensions will increase from the Zionists’ Black Saturday.

Israeli officials continue to avoid the burden of accepting responsibility for the massive failure last Saturday and accuse each other in this regard, while the former Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, Ehud Barak, has said that such a failure has never happened in Israel. Noam Tibon, the former commander of the Northern Army of the Zionist regime, identified Netanyahu and his cabinet as the main responsible for this failure. In a statement on Israel’s 12 TV channel, he announced that the Al-Aqsa Storm operation was a maddening failure and the biggest failure in Israel’s history.

Tibon said that Netanyahu has lost control of affairs, and he, along with Bezalel Smotrich, Benguir, Aryeh Darei, and Goldknov, extreme ministers of the Israeli cabinet, are responsible for this failure.

The Hebrew base of Wallah pointed out that Hamas had deceived the Zionist regime and asked Shabak and the Israeli army to be accountable for this failure. The mentioned site also described the Al-Aqsa storm operation as a big failure and emphasized that Israel suffered a painful blow in this operation.

Today, the Knesset of the Zionist regime is going to vote on the formation of an extraordinary cabinet inside the occupied territories. Some groups opposing the cabinet have announced that they will not vote for this cabinet, but even if the said cabinet votes as a result of the pressures caused by the Gaza war, it will enter into a serious crisis at the same time as the end of the war.
