PNN – A senior Yemeni official told the Saudis that even mobilizing the entire world would be of no avail to them.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; Mahdi al-Mashat, head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, stated—in response to the signing of a trilateral defense agreement between Pakistan, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia—that such agreements have no impact on developments, and that the “blockade-for-blockade” equation will remain in force until its objectives are achieved.
Al-Mashat warned the leaders of Pakistan and Turkey: We will regard anyone who chooses to participate in the Saudi aggression and the ongoing 12-year blockade of our country as an aggressor as well—even if that participation is cloaked in deceptive guises.
Addressing Bin Salman and other Saudi rulers, he stated: Even if you mobilize the entire world, it will be of no avail to you.
Al-Mashat remarked: The cost of a just and honorable peace—and of good neighborly relations—is far lower than that of war and aggression.
It is worth noting that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif signed a joint defense agreement on Friday, August 7, 2026, which they named the “Mecca Pact.”
