Ceasefire in Gaza to be implemented from 8:30 am on Sunday.
According to Al-Mayadeen, Majid Al-Ansari, spokesman for the Qatari Foreign Ministry, announced that the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip will enter into force at 8:30 am local time on Sunday.
The spokesman for the Qatari Foreign Ministry, while announcing this news on his account on the social network “X”, added: “We advise the brothers to be careful and exercise utmost caution and await instructions from official sources.”
He emphasized: “This decision was made based on the agreement of the parties to the conflict and the mediators overseeing the ceasefire agreement.”
The Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Gaza Strip also announced that the ministry’s forces will be deployed in all governorates of the strip as soon as the ceasefire is implemented.
After the mediators announced that a ceasefire agreement had been reached in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli cabinet was forced to approve the agreement with 24 votes in favor and 8 against.
