PNN – The representatives of China and Russia in the Security Council on Tuesday morning, while condemning the US attacks on Iraq and Syria, described it as a violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the two countries.

The representative of China in the United Nations said during a speech at this meeting: “The international community must condemn the military actions of the United States in the (Middle East) region.”
He stated that the US attacks on Iraq and Syria were gross violations of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the two countries, and clarified that these actions will increase tensions in West Asia.
According to “Sputnik” news agency, this Chinese diplomat while referring to the opposition of Iraq and Syria to the US attacks, added: “The main reason for the escalation of tension in the Middle East is the non-implementation of a ceasefire in Gaza.”

In addition, the representative of Russia in the United Nations also said in the meeting of the Security Council: “The attacks of the United States and the United Kingdom on Yemen are a threat to international peace and security.”
According to this report, he stated that Washington and London continue to violate international laws and explained: “America is not looking for a solution to the problems of the region, but it is looking for its control.”
This Russian diplomat added: “Washington continues its destructive policy in the Middle East and tries to gain credibility before the presidential elections.”
According to Sputnik, he stated that the American and British attacks on Yemen are a threat to international peace and security, and added: “American planes carried out 85 attacks on Syria and Iraq, which caused many civilian casualties.”
