PNN – A Tasnim correspondent reports the entry of Yemeni armed forces into the city of Taiz, coinciding with the flight of Saudi Arabia’s mercenaries from the area.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing the Tasnim correspondent in Sana’a reported that Yemeni armed forces entered Taiz as part of their ongoing advances, resulting in Ansarullah forces capturing one of the most significant strongholds held by Saudi mercenaries during the country’s recent conflicts.
Taiz is considered one of Yemen’s most strategic cities; throughout the ongoing crisis, it had been under the occupation of Saudi-backed mercenaries, supported extensively by Riyadh.
A wave of jubilation has swept through the cities of Sana’a and Taiz.
Hizam al-Asad: Taiz has been liberated, and Riyadh’s Aramco is burning.
Hizam al-Asad, a senior member of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement, confirmed the news of Taiz’s liberation from Saudi mercenaries in a post on X (formerly twitter), writing: By the grace and aid of God, Taiz has been liberated, and the Aramco facilities in Riyadh and Khurais are burning.
