PNN – David Grossman, a left-wing Zionist writer, criticized the continuation of the war in Gaza and pointed out that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should be removed in an interview with CNN: If there is no peace for the Palestinians, there will be no peace for this regime, and the Palestinians must have their own country.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Grossman in this interview; He considered the continuation of this war and the situation created by the Zionist regime in Gaza after the Al-Aqsa storm attacks on the 7th of last October to be sad.
In a part of this interview, CNN referred to the author’s article that was published in the New York Times on March 1, 2024, in which he wrote, “Israel is on the precipice with this war. Because it killed women, children and people which had nothing to do with the formation of this war; what is your opinion now?”
Grossman said in response: “At the beginning, Netanyahu may have justified these attacks, but now it is difficult to describe this situation and the situation has turned into hell.”
Grossman pointed out the uncertainty of the future of this war and said: We (the Zionist regime) desperately need peace, if there is no peace we will not be able to have a normal life here.
He added: We must understand this and understand that if the Palestinians do not have a home in their country, there will be no peace between us and them.
Continuing his criticism of the Zionist cabinet, Grossman said: Discussion with the government (regime) has become very difficult, and after months of war, Netanyahu’s cabinet still does not know what it wants (from this war) and they do not have a “plan” at all; and they have no answer for the current situation in Gaza. That is why we are paying a heavy price.
In another part of this interview, this Zionist writer said: Netanyahu betrayed the people about the hostages (Zionist prisoners), who were his priority in this war (by leaving this issue aside), he himself does not know where this situation will lead to.
Criticizing Netanyahu, Grossman added: Everyone knows that he does not have the strength to face problems and is an expert at putting them aside until he has to face them.
He clearly stated: Netanyahu must be removed, and therefore we hope that this matter will be done with the pressure of US President Joe Biden or from one of the friendly countries in Europe.
