Hezbollah: Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah’s body will be buried in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
According to the Reuters news agency, the martyrdom of Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, the late Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, has hurt the feelings of Muslims around the world. However, his funeral is still shrouded in mystery.
Based on this, “Mahmoud Qamati”, the vice-chairman of Lebanon’s political council of Hezbollah, told Reuters news agency: Seyed Hassan Nasrallah’s body is in Lebanon, and he will be buried in the southern suburbs of Beirut when conditions permit.
Regarding Seyed Hassan Nasrallah’s successor, Qamati also said: Hizbollah will be governed by a council until the new secretary general is elected. Choosing a new general secretary is a time-consuming process.
He pointed out: What is important is that there is a joint command. The method of selecting a new Secretary General for the Hezbollah movement is time-consuming and requires appropriate conditions. For this reason, we are now managing the movement council.
