Naeem Qassem: Our patience may run out before 60 days.
According to Al-Ahed, Sheikh Naim Qassem, Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, said in a speech on the anniversary of the martyrdom of martyrs Hajj Qassem Soleimani, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis and the companions of these two esteemed martyrs: Martyr Commander Qassem Soleimani was a strategic commander on the intellectual, political and combat levels.
Qassem added: We touched on this issue through the movement of Martyr Commander Soleimani, his plans and his achievements in the field. Martyr Soleimani exposed America’s plans, especially in Iraq and Afghanistan, and defeated America’s plans in the region.
The Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon emphasized: Martyr Soleimani exposed Israel’s plans in the region and was continuously active and was able to return Palestine to the position it deserves. Martyr Soleimani participated day and night in providing facilities, training and reforming views and tried to connect the battlefields. Martyr Soleimani is a role model, a pioneer, and a flag, and his impact in confronting “Israel” will continue until its destruction. The actions of Martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis are an example of true and loyal commitment under the umbrella of the high authority of Najaf Ashraf. Martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis played a major role in establishing the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces.
The Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon added: “Israel” tried to advance in 2024, but our legendary warriors resisted and confronted it with strength. Despite the widespread destruction and criminal aggression that “Israel” committed, the ceasefire agreement that the enemy wanted to establish was signed and we agreed to it. During the ceasefire, the resistance had a resilient, weighty, and effective presence. To remain dear, we had to make great sacrifices.
Qassem added: “God willing, the resistance will continue and there will be consolidated results after the battle of “Awliya al-Bas.” After the battle of “Awli al-Bas”, it would not be possible for the Israeli enemy to enter Lebanese lands as it wanted, and there would be no possibility for settlements.
The Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon said: What happened in the battle of “Awli al-Bas” closed the way for “Israel” to have hope and desire in Lebanon. We chose resistance as a choice of faith. Resistance is our choice for the liberation of lands, sovereignty, and assistance to Palestine and the truth.
Qassem emphasized: It is the resistance command that determines the time and manner of resistance, the methods of resistance,e and the weapons it uses. The events in Syria could have happened in Lebanon. I believe that in the future, the Syrian people will play a role in confronting “Israel”.
