According to the Palestinian Quds News Network, Hussein Fayyad, commander of the Beit Hanoun battalion affiliated with the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, appeared in front of the cameras today.
According to this report, Fayyad appeared in front of the cameras this morning in Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza and made statements in response to the ceasefire in Gaza.
This is the umpteenth time during the Gaza war that the Israeli army has claimed to have assassinated resistance forces, but it was later revealed that these forces are alive.
