PNN – The President of the Zionist regime Isaac Herzog has called on all parties to accept the election results and urged that a repeat of the elections be avoided.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Agence France-Presse (AFP), Isaac Herzog, the President of the Zionist regime, stated on Wednesday that every effort must be made to prevent the holding of new elections. These remarks followed preliminary results from yesterday’s vote, which indicated that none of the major political blocs had secured a majority of seats in parliament.
Herzog—who is tasked with designating a candidate to form a cabinet—said: One thing must be clear—and I said this even before the elections: especially following yesterday’s events, we must do everything in our power to avoid another round of elections.
Meanwhile, the Zionist regime’s election committee announced that, with 85.6 percent of the votes counted across 93 percent of polling stations, Benjamin Netanyahu’s coalition has secured 53 seats, the Yeshar party—led by Gadi Eisenkot—has won 48 seats, and Arab parties have collectively obtained 19 seats.
