PNN – A Pakistani media reported that the commander of the extremist forces of the Uyghur race known as Hizb-e-Islami of Turkestan, which China has included in the list of terrorist organizations, joined the army of this country along with several other people from the commander of the Syrian opposition armed group.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Khorasan Daily online media quoted the website of Hizb-e-Islami Turkestan and wrote that the nightmare of the Chinese came to life in Syria. Abdulaziz Daoud Khodabardi, the commander of Turkestan Islamic Party forces in Syria, was appointed as a Brigadier General in the Syrian Army.
It should be noted that the East Turkestan independence movement is a term that refers to the supporters of the independence of East Turkestan in the area that is now called the Xinjiang Autonomous Region of China.

Beijing believes that the Islamic Party of Turkestan is a terrorist movement formed by extremist forces of the Uyghur race in western China. Pakistan has also included Hizb-e-Islami Turkestan (Eastern) in the list of terrorist groups.
According to this report, three other fighters from the Islamic Party of Turkestan, named Yasin, Abdul Samad and Abdul Salam, also entered the army of this country by the order of Abu Mohammad Al-Jolani, the commander of the armed opposition group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and the head of the Syrian Military Operations Department, and they are supposed to be granted Syrian citizenship.
After the fall of Damascus by armed Syrian opposition, some reports in Pakistan indicate the presence of some elements of the Pakistani and Afghan Taliban alongside anti-Bashar al-Assad forces. The Pakistani Taliban also sent a message of congratulations to the Syrian opposition a few days after the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s government.
