PNN – Saudi Arabia’s civil aviation authority confirmed an Ansarullah attack on the country’s Abha and King Khalid airports.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Reuters, the Saudi civil aviation authority confirmed on Wednesday that Ansarullah had attacked two of the country’s airports. It claimed that one person was killed and eight others were injured in the attack on King Khalid International Airport in the capital, Riyadh.
The authority also claimed that two people were killed and 28 others injured in a separate attack targeting facilities at Abha Airport.
Saudi Arabia’s Civil Aviation Authority announced that one of the two attacks took place today and the other yesterday, but did not provide further details regarding the attacks.
