PNN – Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan said violence in the region must stop because out-of-control tensions could lead to widespread war.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Bin Farhan wrote in an article in the Financial Times newspaper: Mohammed bin Salman emphasized that Saudi Arabia’s priority is the formation of a Palestinian state.
He added: Now is the time to start decisive action in the implementation of the two-state plan, and Saudi Arabia has always been committed to trying to resolve the conflict.
Bin Farhan continued: Saudi Arabia has repeatedly condemned Israel’s (regime) crimes and violations of international laws, and Riyadh will not establish diplomatic relations with Israel until the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.
He stated that real peace can only be established by the recognition of the legal rights of the Palestinian nation by Israel, and Saudi Arabia is working tirelessly to establish a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.

The Saudi Foreign Minister added: The voice of moderation must prevail over the effort to create conflict and tension, and Israel’s stubbornness only increases tension and mistrust.
Faisal bin Farhan had announced the formation of a coalition to pursue a two-state solution in Palestine at the meeting of foreign ministers of the world countries on Palestine in New York on the 6th of October.
He said: Today, on behalf of Arab and Islamic countries and European partners, we announce the formation of an international coalition to pursue a two-state solution.
Bin Farhan added: We invite all countries to join this coalition and emphasize that we will use all our efforts to achieve a comprehensive and just peace.
He added: The war in Gaza has led to a great human tragedy, and this is apart from the great crimes committed by the Israeli occupation in the West Bank, which in addition to the desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque incites more violence.
Bin Farhan said: In these days, we are witnessing another dangerous action that is taking place against the country of Lebanon and it can lead the region to a big war that threatens the region and the world.
