PNN – An economic report in the United States says that the war against Iran has increased the cost of energy and transportation for American households.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; Moody’s Analytics said the US-Israeli war against Iran has added hundreds of thousands of dollars to the total costs of households across the United States.
The institute wrote in a new analysis that since the start of the war against Iran, the average American household has spent $447.19 more on energy.
CNBC says that this increase in energy costs, driven by rising gas prices and higher airfares, has cost American consumers nearly $60 billion in the past three months.
Economists warn that the financial strain is likely to intensify if the war continues.
The analysis shows that if energy prices remain at current levels, the average household could face an additional cost of nearly $2,000 by the first anniversary of the war.
The figures highlight the broader economic consequences of the war, which has disrupted energy markets and increased consumer spending far beyond the battlefield in the Middle East.
